The Controller processes user data within specified limits, timeframes, and purposes as indicated in the information provided during the collection of personal data.

Personal data is shared exclusively with trusted subcontractors, including IT service providers, accounting firms, administration, Google Analytics, payment providers (BitCoin, PayPal), legal and accounting firms.

3. User Rights

Users are entitled to update their personal data by notifying the Controller. Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, and limit the processing of their personal data. Users can withdraw consent, move their data, and object to data processing. Complaints can be lodged with the Head of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

While providing personal data is voluntary, lack of consent impedes the use of the Website. The Controller may refuse erasure if required by law.

4. Technical Data Protection

The Controller ensures the security of user data through technical and organizational measures, protecting against accidental or intentional loss, modification, unauthorized access, or disclosure. Data is processed on secure servers, meeting Polish legal requirements.

Backup copies containing user data are retained on top-tier hardware and servers in secured information storage centers, accessible only by authorized personnel. Processing activities comply with legal and technical requirements.

5. Cookie Policy

The Website uses cookies for user convenience, including session and persistent cookies for various purposes like security, performance, functionality, advertising, and integration with third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, tawk.to).

Users can change cookie settings in their web browser; acceptance of default settings implies user consent.

6. Logs

Server logs store HTTP queries for website administration purposes, including IP addresses, query time, response time, client station identification, HTTP transaction errors, HTTP referrer, and browser information. Log data is stored indefinitely for administration purposes and is not disclosed to unauthorized individuals.

7. Contact

Users can contact the Controller at any time to inquire about the use of their personal data or request erasure, either in part or whole, by emailing [email protected].
