VidCDN is an online video hosting and sharing service. To use the service you need to agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  • VidCDN prohibits the transmission of any information related to child sexual abuse, images of violence, incitement, terrorism, arms trafficking, politics... If any account is detected containing videos with this content, we strictly handle and permanently ban accounts without prior notice.
  • Compliance with the DMCA is necessary so that internet service providers can protect the intellectual property rights of others and avoid being sued for copyright infringement. If someone complains about a violation regarding your files, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this website, VidCDN is not obligated to participate.
  • Respect the rights and personal rights of other Users, and do not use your User Account to act to the detriment of other Users.
  • Users are not allowed to use the service to create unauthorized links. Uploading or distributing files containing viruses, malware or any other harmful software is strictly prohibited.
  • VidCDN is not responsible for any lost or damaged files due to technical failures or user behavior.
  • In addition, the use of VidCDN's service is secured by VidCDN's privacy policy, which you need to read and understand before using the service.
  • VidCDN reserves the right to suspend your account if you violate these terms and conditions.
  • Users are expected to comply with the terms and services outlined by the platform, and any violations may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Users may not make false representations about the features, functionalities, or endorsements of the service.
  • VidCDN commits to cooperating with any and all legal agencies if an investigation arises.

Partner Program & Affiliate Policies

Earnings & Payment Terms

  • Earnings are calculated per 10,000 views based on country tiers (TIER 1: $40, TIER 2: $30, TIER 3: $20, TIER 4: $15, TIER 5: $10)
  • Minimum payout threshold is $25
  • Payments are made in cryptocurrency only
  • Payment processing time: within 10 days, most within 48 hours
  • Maximum 2 visits per IP address per 24 hours are counted for earnings

Traffic & View Requirements

  • VPN/Proxy/Tor traffic and ad-blocking users are not rewarded
  • Users who use automatic programs to block advertising, app traffic or VPN/Proxy/Tor traffic will not be rewarded
  • Valid views must come from legitimate, non-blocked IP addresses

Account & Payment Suspension

  • In case of abuse, fraud or similar offences, VidCDN reserves the right to deactivate your account or refuse payouts
  • Violation of these partner program policies may result in immediate suspension of earnings and account termination
  • VidCDN reserves the right to modify these policies at any time with prior notice

Compliance & Legal

  • All partner program participants must comply with VidCDN's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Policy
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring their content and traffic generation methods comply with applicable laws
  • VidCDN may require additional verification or documentation for high-earning accounts
